Whilst some larger companies/organisations have their own dedicated insurance division, many do not. The role is often performed part time by the finance director, company secretary or accountant. In competitive market conditions this role may appear relatively simple for companies to manage. All too often the only means of assessing either the suitability or performance of the broker is price. With a mind on Governance, Tonic Consulting will work with the incumbent broker to improve performance, and where necessary will undertake a full broker review and/or manage the 'Invitation to Tender' process.
